Black Eyelet Flared Swirl and Rose Flower Dress!! O/S

Amazing eyelet cotton, with tiers of ruffles and both swirl flowers and rose flowers all along the bottom!! Very swingy and sweeping, I have this flared seams and a babydoll top that is comfy to fit snuggly. Adjustable shoulder ties, patch pockets. Around pit 50”, length about 42” but adjustable!
