Awesome black eyelet cotton, with solid black frilly ruffles and bows all around, and a black flouncy under layer along the bottom tier too, for extra fluff! This has side pockets, a relaxed fit, and is midi length! Nice amazing fabric find! Lots of fabric here, as it is gathered around each tier, making this so swingy!!!
