Black/Orange Starry Ruffled Puffy Midi Skirt!! O/S

Super amazing black cotton with orange stars!! Made with six tiers of super gathered ruffles with lace trim, and the four bigger ruffles have scrunches all around to give this extra fluff, puff, and texture!! It takes awhile but is so worth it!! Elastic waist 30”-44” as it is, but I can change it up or down if needed no extra cost!! Length about 26”!
