Black Pinstripe Rose Flower Ruffly Midi Skirt!! O/S

The most amazing subtle black stripe cotton!!! I will be using more with this!! Cut a bit wider so this has even extra flowers sewn on, since this fabric was more wide than normal! Solid black Flowers all around with scrunches, two tiers of lace trim ruffles, slightly higher in front by a few inches, elastic waist as it is, 30”-46”… the hips are very wide and I always offer to adjust the waist if you need for no extra cost!! Length a tad longer than other midi skirts I’ve made as this fabric has such a nice drape to it I couldn’t resist… about 34” in back, 31/32” in front!
