Awesome black pinstripe cotton, with solid black ruffles, patch pockets, and big fluffy bow!! This has tons of fabric with flared panels sewn on. With a slightly higher front waist, roomy fit, two tiers of lace trimmed ruffles, and of course scrunches all around! Around underarm about 53”, bottom is gathered and super generous, length about 42”.
