Super soft black cotton fine wale corduroy, and dark gray accent big handmade sunflowers all around!! Definitely unique, cut extra flared on the sides for lots of swish, beautiful ruffled wide lace, and a corduroy lace trimmed ruffle. Side pockets, adjustable shoulder ties! Around underarm about 60”, length on sides about 43”, center about 38”, but adjustable with the ties!
