Super soft black velvety cotton corduroy, with solid cotton black handmade rose flowers alll around!! Theres so many!! This has flared seams, for extra swish, and a gentle high low shape! Elastic waist, very relaxed fit! I can change the waist up or down a few inches if needed, just let me know in the message box at checkout! As I have it now, waist is 30”-46”. Length at back is about 35”, front about 26”!
