Super pretty blue floral cotton, with black frilly ruffles, bow ties, and handmade rose flowers at each leg!! Three tiers of ruffles, one with an accent blue ruffle that I added, lace trim, pockets, baggy and comfy fit! Elastic waist size s/m is 26”-40”, hips around about 54”, length about 32”!
