Blue Floral Fluffy Tiered Bloomers!! 1/2X

Super pretty blue floral and butterfly cotton, in tiered bloomers, each tier gets wider with lots of gathering, making these super fluffy and swishy like a skirt! Will use more of this awesome fabric soon, for now, I was able to finish these! 1/2X elastic waist 32”-46”, hips 70”, length about 35”!
