Super cute blue floral cotton, with blue pinstripe ruffles! Three tiers of ruffles in all, with lace trim and sweet lacy bows around each leg!! Baggy and comfy fit, side pockets, elastic waist!! These are M/L waist 28”-42”, hips around 58”, length about 32”! (In a few days I’ll have size 1/2x finished!).
