Blue Stars Swirl Flower Jacket Shrug! S/M/L

Super cute crop jacket /shrug , in awesome blue star cotton!! With black accents and blue star ruffled swirl flowers all along the front panels!! Ties in front, slight fitting in front and back , sleeves very wide and roomy. This one is best for small/medium/large, I can make more in many sizes. Across back underarm about 21”… front ties as loose or tight as desired. I’m 36” bust and it’s comfortably loose on me! Length back center 15”!
