Super cute burgundy plaid cotton, with a little shimmer to it, and accent midnight floral ruffles, frills, and two rose flowers with scrunches all around! Eyelet bottom ruffle! Swishy and fluffy, cut very a-line, with an elastic waist. Sides about 33”, center back and front about 30”!
