Amazing charcoal cotton corduroy, with solid dark gray big fluffy swirl flowers all around!! Flared seams with a slanted shape, scrunches for extra fluff, ruffle and lace trim, elastic waist! As it is, waist is 28”-44”, and I can change the elastic if you need, ask in the message box at checkout! There’s no extra charge, I can save the waist band for another piece!
