Black Velvety Corduroy/Plaid Super Ruffly Bowtie Bloomers!! XS

Just finished these… Tons of ruffles on these super soft fine wale corduroy and plaid bloomers, with five tiers of ruffles, a baggy fit with wide legs, lace trim, elastic waist, and side pockets! I will make more sizes they just take a really long time!! These are xs, waist 24”-38”, hips around 50”, length about 38”!
