Amazing dark purplish gray cotton with flowers and birds! With solid black accent super big, flared lace trimmed ruffles! Lots of fabric. For these tiered ruffles I use an extra yard plus a few inches more of fabric, making them very swishy and flowy!! Side pockets, elastic waist, comfy and baggy fit, great fabric! 1/2X, waist 32”-46”, hips around 68”, length about 39”!
