Gray Plaid/Black Slanted Flared Swirl Flower Skirt!! O/S

Awesome dark gray plaid cotton, with black fluffy swirl flowers all around, big scrunches, flared panels for extra an extra swishy look, lace trimmed ruffle, and elastic waist!! Tons of fabric!! As always I can change the elastic as needed for no extra cost. As this is, waist is 30”-46”, and length at longest is about 39”, shortest about 29”!
