Green Velvet/Black Ruffly Bows and Roses Midi Skirt!! O/S

Amazingly soft cotton velvet, like a super fine wale corduroy, in a swishy, ruffly, slightly high low midi skirt!! Two tiers of ruffles with lace trim, cut very wide and a-line, making this awesomely fluffy! With black cotton roses and frills all around, and bows in the front and back! Lots of fabric and time are in this skirt!! One size elastic waist is 30”-444” and can be changed up or down for you if needed at no extra cost!! Length in front about 30”, and in back about 34”!
