Olive Plaid Flannel/Black Ruffly Puffy Skirt!! O/S

Awesome Olive plaid flannel cotton with black accent ruffles and lace trim around each tier!! Six tiers of super ruffly ruffles, unique in that I sewed scrunches all around the four wide ruffles for extra fluff, puff, and texture!! Perfect skirt, super fluffy and puffy!! The inside layer the ruffles are sewed onto is flannel as well, so this is super soft and comfy!! Around waist on this one is 28”, and can be changed up or down a few inches, ask if you need me to do that! Length about 25/26”!
