Olive Plaid Flannel/Stripe Ruffly Rose Flower High Low Midi!! O/S

Awesome Olive plaid flannel cotton with black and a new black/gray pinstripe! Very full and swishy, with flared seams, extra ruffly lace trimmed ruffles, and rose flowers!! Tons of fabric in midi length!! The front is about 25”, and the black about 32”! Elastic waist as is, 30”-44”. I can always adjust if you need! The hips are super wide and can fit many with just a new waistband, and I can save this one for another piece!!
