Olive Plaid/Pinstripe Super Ruffly Bowtie Maxi Skirt!!

Awesome Olive plaid cotton, with black pinstripe ruffles and a big fluffy bowtie! Six tiers of ruffles in all, with lace trim, a roomy, a-line shape, elastic waist and scrunches all around! As it is, waist is 30”-44”, I can change it if needed, just ask at checkout or message after! Length in back about 40”, front length slightly shorter about 37”!
