Amazing black pinstripe cotton, with solid black big fluffy swirl flowers and a lace trimmed ruffle all around! TONS of fabric, with flared seams and cut extra a-line at the sides! Scrunches all around the flowers give this extra fluff!! Elastic waist, as it is, 30”-46”… can change at no extra charge if you need… very versatile as the hips are quite wide.
