Plum Plaid/Green Slanted Flared Swirl Flower Skirt! O/S

Amazing plum purple and black plaid cotton, with green stripe fluffy swirl flowers and a ruffle bottom!! This has flared panels, extra roomy and swishy, scrunches all along the flowers, lace trim, and a slanted bottom!! Elastic waist as it is, 30”-46”, length at longest 39” ish, short side is about 30”! I Can change the elastic if you need!!
