Amazing beautiful blue and purple cross weave cotton that truly shimmers, and solid black cotton in my favorite dress. Super puffy with six tiers of lace trimmed ruffles, and I add scrunches to them for extra fluff and texture. This takes a long time to make, and is so super fluffy!
