Amazing deep teal blue starry cotton, with six tiers of lace trimmed super gathered ruffles!!! Scrunches all around four of the ruffles for extra puff and fluff!! Well worth the time it takes, as this skirt is super textured and fluffy and so fun to wear!! Elastic waist 30”-44” but I can change it up or down at no extra cost. Length about 26”!
